What You'll Do7
- 1Build and design server stations using POS systems
- 2Scale service during peak hours while maintaining quality
- 3Drive operational efficiency through menu optimization
- 4Own daily operations and resolve guest issues
- 5Collaborate with kitchen teams to deliver consistent dishes
- 6Maintain clean and safe dining environment
- 7Implement feedback loops to improve service standards
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing restaurant teams
- 3At least 18 years old
- 4Strong communication skills
- 5Ability to multitask under pressure
- 6Experience with hospitality industry best practices
- 7Dedication to customer satisfaction
