What You'll Do9
- 1Design and execute menus aligned with chef-driven concepts
- 2Lead kitchen operations ensuring quality and safety standards
- 3Train new hires in specialized stations based on skill levels
- 4Maintain clean sanitized workstations at all times
- 5Deliver high-quality food in fast-paced environment
- 6Collaborate with team to innovate dishes and presentations
- 7Implement efficient processes for daily operations
- 8Support inventory management and ingredient sourcing
- 9Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with AWS infrastructure
- 3Proficiency in React development
- 4Knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration
- 5Certification in CPC Card or BCBA
