What You'll Do11
- 1Provide attentive and professional fine-dining service to all guests
- 2Guide guests through the tasting menu and explain each course with confidence
- 3Offer thoughtful beverage and wine pairing recommendations
- 4Anticipate guest needs and maintain high level of hospitality
- 5Enter accurate orders and course timing into the POS system
- 6Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure proper pacing
- 7Deliver food and beverages with precision and attention to presentation
- 8Maintain a clean organized service section throughout the evening
- 9Reset tables and prepare dining room for incoming reservations
- 10Assist teammates when necessary to maintain seamless service
- 11Stay knowledgeable about menu ingredients and dietary considerations
