Overview
Develop multi-platform educational content to empower field teams and retail partners with scientific evidence-based pet wellness nutrition knowledge. This role translates complex nutritional science into impactful digital and interactive learning experiences. The specialist leads curriculum design and delivery within the Marketing team to drive brand advocacy and commercial growth.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build internal training assets and technical documentation to equip field teams with science-led product knowledge
- 2Create and curate customer-facing educational materials across social digital and webinar channels
- 3Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align educational messaging with commercial strategies
- 4Partner with technical experts and veterinary teams to translate scientific insights into accessible tools
- 5Analyze data and customer feedback to continuously optimize retail partner education strategies
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in animal health industry
- 2Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and digital marketing platforms
- 3Master's degree preferred along with credentialed veterinary technician experience
- 4Strong understanding of adult learning principles and gamification techniques
- 5Excellent verbal written communication skills
