Overview
EspriGas seeks an EDI Operations Lead to own daily EDI queue management and drive operational rigor while scaling. You will collaborate with trading partners and internal teams to shape a broader trading partner strategy. This is a working role in Atlanta Georgia.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage EDI queue handling including triage prioritization resolution and customer communication
- 2Produce operational health reports covering weekly queue status open incidents and customer impact summaries
- 3Serve as primary contact for trading partner mapping issues document rejections and onboarding new partners
- 4Define and enforce SLAs establishing healthy thresholds and holding the team accountable
- 5Make escalation judgments identifying when technical problems become customer crises
- 6Collaborate with ERP network CS and accounting teams on invoice accuracy item mapping and integration challenges
- 7Identify process improvements to boost efficiency accuracy and support special cross-functional projects
- 8Assist with special initiatives as assigned
- 9Own the day-to-day health of the EDI function and maintain reporting and escalation judgment
- 10Translate technical EDI failures into clear language for stakeholders
- 11Maintain strong communication skills translating complex topics into actionable insights
Requirements11
- 15+ years hands-on EDI experience with knowledge of X12 transaction sets and mapping troubleshooting
- 23-5 seasons of experience with at least one major trading partner network such as Ariba SAP Business Network or Oracle Business Network
- 3Familiarity with EDI translators and VAN/AS2/FTP delivery methods
- 4Strong connection to ERP-connected EDI platforms like Microsoft Business Central or Lanham EDI
- 5Proven ability to manage support queues or operations functions owning SLAs reporting on queue health and escalating intelligently
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Self-starting professional who demonstrates initiative and proactive problem-solving
- 8Customer-centric mindset with people-first approach
