- 4Evaluate and implement Extend Everywhere and AI capabilities
- 5Define security configuration metadata and governance standards
- 6Partner with Product Managers and engineers to deliver secure scalable solutions
- 7Maintain proficiency in Workday integration technologies and provide mentorship
- 8Evaluate and adopt AI features like Illuminate
- 9Architect integrations with enterprise HR systems
- 10Drive continuous improvement of platform health and release management
- 11Establish AI governance and security frameworks
Requirements11
- 115+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- 2Extensive knowledge of Workday Security Framework
- 3Proven track record architecting enterprise-scale Workday solutions
- 4Deep understanding of Workday Extend and platform configuration
- 5Strong expertise in Business Process Framework and tenant configuration
- 6Experience with Workday integration technologies and AI functionalities
- 7Advanced analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- 8Preferred: Workday Pro certification
- 9Familiarity with Security Extend AI and Illuminate
- 10Experience integrating Workday with enterprise HR systems
- 11Commitment to fostering inclusive collaborative environments
