Senior Workday Analyst, Absence
Overview
Lead configuration and maintenance of Workday platform ensuring system integrity and data accuracy. Drive continuous improvement and optimize user experiences through effective stakeholder collaboration.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as point of contact for assigned modules managing system maintenance and user access
- 2Troubleshoot and resolve system defects while maintaining HR data confidentiality
- 3Ensure data integrity and security through proper system configuration and administration
- 4Support global rollout of Workday business processes across multiple modules
- 5Assess and migrate system changes in development test and production environments
- 6Maintain system hygiene through regular audits and proactive monitoring
- 7Coordinate bi-annual Workday system releases and communicate impacts to stakeholders
- 8Manage change control processes to ensure smooth deployment of updates
- 9Implement security best practices and appropriate access controls
- 10Create and update reports using Workday tools for business decision-making
- 11Partner with cross-functional teams to support system initiatives and business processes
Requirements15
- 13+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Systems roles
- 2Workday configuration experience with Time Off and Absence module
- 3Strong technical aptitude for system administration and troubleshooting
- 4Ability to travel to FTI offices as needed
- 5Current US work authorization
- 6Workday certification(s) preferred
- 7Bachelor's degree in related field
- 8Hands-on experience with Workday security administration
- 9Proficiency with Workday reporting tools
- 10Knowledge of Workday integration platforms and APIs
- 11Experience with Enterprise Interface Builders
- 12Familiarity with integration platforms and API concepts
- 13Global professional services background
- 14Prior Workday implementation or migration experience
- 15Strong cross-functional partnership skills
Salary Insight
$90 - $155k per year
