10+ years of webMethods development experience shaping retail EDI integrations for major big box vendors. Own the Order-to-Cash lifecycle and remittance processing across high-volume systems. Coordinate directly with IBM webMethods stacks and cross-functional teams. REST/SOAP APIs and JMS/UM messaging drive real-time data flows. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead EDI X12 transaction integrations for 850, 855, 856/857, 810, 820, 997 with big box retailers.
- 2Own the Order-to-Cash process including purchase orders, invoices, and remittance advice.
- 3Design and implement webMethods flows using Java and REST/SOAP APIs.
- 4Optimize EAI messaging with JMS/UM for reliable high-volume data exchange.
- 5Debug and resolve integration issues across the webMethods platform and external partners.
- 6Coordinate with IBM webMethods teams to align integration architecture.
- 7Drive continuous improvement of retail vendor integration patterns.
- 8Mentor junior developers on webMethods best practices and EDI standards.
Requirements8
- 110+ years in webMethods development and integration.
- 2Hands-on with EDI X12 transactions: 850, 855, 856/857, 810, 820, 997.
- 3Proven track record with retail vendor integrations and Order-to-Cash workflows.
- 4Strong Java skills for custom webMethods services.
- 5Experience with REST and SOAP API development and integration.
- 6Expertise in EAI and messaging protocols including JMS and UM.
- 7Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues in production environments.
- 8Onsite presence required in Indianapolis, IN.
