- 4Drive accessibility compliance achieving CPACC or WAS certification standards
- 5Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to define technical specifications and implementation roadmaps
- 6Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for component governance
Requirements5
- 12+ years experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System SLDS 2
- 2Completed two full lifecycle projects managing complete SDLC for enterprise applications
- 3Holds current Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer certification
- 4Proven track record implementing design systems with governance models for distributed teams
- 5Possesses CPACC or WAS certification demonstrating accessibility expertise
