Overview
Zoox seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead manufacturing integration initiatives at scale. What You'll Do8
- 1Manage full project lifecycle for manufacturing facility upgrades and line implementations
- 2Act as primary technical liaison with A&E firms and contractors
- 3Coordinate alignment across Vehicle Engineering Manufacturing NPI Facilities and Supply Chain
- 4Oversee integrated program schedules and capital expenditure budgets
- 5Mitigate risks across critical path activities to ensure operational readiness
- 6Collaborate with Product Development teams on Design for Manufacturability initiatives
- 7Negotiate with vendors and drive consensus among cross-functional technical teams
- 8Synthesize complex technical and financial data into leadership updates
Requirements7
- 1BS/MS in Industrial Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 28+ years TPM or operations experience with large-scale CapEx projects
- 3Deep expertise in manufacturing integration facility layouts automation
- 4Proven collaboration with Product Development for DFM initiatives
- 5Experience scaling automotive EV aerospace or robotics manufacturing environments
- 6Proficiency with AutoCAD Navisworks Smartsheet MS Project
- 75+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark Airflow
