What You'll Do9
- 1Manage quality issue tracking to implement Containment and drive Root Cause Analysis for non-conformances found during production audits and vehicle releases
- 2Support diagnosis of NVH issues from Rider Quality Audits and Establish standard inspection processes with required tools
- 3Design and execute strategic continuous improvement initiatives for production quality audits EFR and issue resolution
- 4Collaborate cross-functionally with Supplier Quality Manufacturing and Vehicle Development to resolve systemic product and process issues
- 5Develop and review PFMEA and Control Plans to ensure compliance and robust risk mitigation for critical manufacturing processes
- 6Communicate technical results clearly and drive successful closure
- 7Apply advanced problem-solving methodologies such as Shainin Red X and Six Sigma Black Belt to improve quality
- 8Utilize SAP MES and JIRA for data extraction analysis and reporting
- 9Maintain detailed documentation aligned with corporate quality standards
Requirements5
- 1BS in Mechanical Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in automotive aviation or contract manufacturing
- 2Proven expertise in Shainin Red X Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- 3Demonstrated success leading systemic quality improvements across value streams
- 4Minimum 5 years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Experience with SAP MES and JIRA systems for data-driven analysis
