What You'll Do8
- 1Oversee the full technical lifecycle of projects from prototype to production, ensuring AI/ML models and features are integrated seamlessly.
- 2Design and implement scalable technical launch systems for security, privacy, and quota management, reducing friction and accelerating innovation.
- 3Build relationships with product and engineering teams to secure early access to unreleased AI/ML products and models, driving competitive advantage.
- 4Manage cloud projects, compute quotas (TPUs/GPUs), billing, and permissions for internal teams and external agencies, ensuring resource efficiency.
- 5Drive fast-paced creative initiatives with event-specific timelines, adapting quickly to evolving model capabilities and limitations.
- 6Partner with creative technologists during ideation to assess production implications, including costs, access, and scalability for AI-driven experiences.
- 7Lead cross-functional program teams, aligning executive stakeholders on technical priorities and de-risking strategies for unreleased AI products.
- 8Identify risks and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track, pivoting as needed to accommodate rapid changes in AI model performance and requirements.
Requirements9
- 18+ years of experience in program management, with a technical focus.
- 2Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3Hands-on experience with AI/ML model deployment lifecycles, including latency, cost, and availability trade-offs.
- 4Proven ability to produce technical interactive experiences for in-person or web events, using technologies like AR, VR, or WebGL.
- 58+ years managing cross-functional projects, bridging engineering, creative, and business teams.
- 6Skill in translating technical requirements into operational realities for non-technical stakeholders.
- 7Experience navigating complex internal engineering ecosystems, including cloud infrastructure, capacity planning, and security/privacy compliance.
- 8Excellent problem-solving and consensus-building skills across Legal, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams.
- 9Comfort in high-intensity environments with rapidly evolving technologies and short turnaround times.
