Senior Supply Chain Manager Ardelyx
Overview
Lead and support API external manufacturing inventory management and contract manufacturing organization partners. Oversee CMO partners to ensure timely delivery of materials effective cost management supply continuity and execution of change controls. Collaborate with Supply Chain team Technical Operations Quality CMOs and other cross-functional partners to support API production across the supply network.
What You'll Do10
- 1Partner with third-party manufacturers to align production schedules raw materials quality requirements and regulatory compliance for small molecule APIs
- 2Manage Ardelyx inventory across API-related CMO sites ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient supply chain operations
- 3Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders related to small-molecule API manufacturing and material movements
- 4Monitor expenses against approved budgets and support accrual processes with Finance and Accounting
- 5Work cross-functionally with Quality Assurance CMC and Regulatory Affairs to support supply planning activities identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
- 6Use ERP systems and planning tools to model scenarios track supply risks and optimize logistics
- 7Maintain supply chain policies procedures and documentation and support training activities as needed
- 8Prepare reports metrics and presentations for management and cross-functional stakeholders
- 9Complete API and RSM related change control impact assessments
- 10Work with Supply Chain Director to ensure ex-US alliance orders are delivered timely and in accordance with contractual obligations and requirements
Requirements7
- 1BA/BS in a technical scientific engineering supply chain or related discipline with 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or CMC project management
- 2Experience in API project management or supply chain for a virtual supply chain network
- 3Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- 4Detail oriented with strong analytical and computer skills
- 5Excellent negotiating and problem-solving abilities
- 6Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks manage competing deadlines and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- 7Up to 15% travel required
