Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading large-scale distributed systems initiatives
- 38+ years professional software engineering experience
- 4Deep expertise in at least one of distributed systems cloud platforms or large-scale data systems
- 5Strong programming skills in a major backend language such as Java or Go
- 6System-design proficiency demonstrated through architectural decisions
- 7Mentorship experience guiding senior engineers toward senior roles
- 8Operational excellence knowledge including reliability testing and incident management
- 9Communication excellence validated by cross-functional presentations and documentation
- 10FinOps familiarity with cloud cost optimization techniques
- 11Relevant academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
