What You'll Do9
- 1Participate in Agile ceremonies daily stand ups iteration planning demos retrospectives program increment planning
- 2Analyze design code debug and modify new software and enhancements while considering software abilities
- 3Create strategic technical designs for small scope projects provide high level architecture guidance develop specifications to resolve software problems
- 4Consult with stakeholders on current functionality and complexity of adding features estimate effort for current and future projects
- 5Debug complicated issues spanning multiple modules involving complex concurrency or low level problems propose and lead process improvement projects
- 6Share knowledge within team through mentorship coaching technical talks and blogs
- 7Provide escalated technical support to customers across product categories resolving issues according to standards procedures
- 8Work collaboratively with leadership team oversee progress to ensure efficiency collaborate with Operations Managers assist Sales Agents and Sales Managers influence stakeholders via prototyping demos and platform promotion
- 9Develop mentor coach other engineers complete assigned duties as requested
Requirements7
- 1Strong interpersonal skills conducive to team development work independently with good judgment and consistent follow through ability to work effectively with demanding customers communicate technical concepts in simple terms solid written and verbal communication skills willingness to participate in on call process
- 2Eligible for hybrid schedule up to three days remote per week
- 3Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent 6+ years non internship experience (5+ years substitute degree)
- 44+ years experience (6+ years substitute degree) in software and application development with basic understanding of .NET C# JavaScript React and SQL Server skilled in object oriented programming principles and practices
- 5Proficiency in database technologies write APIs using .NET Core and API management tools expertise with Azure services and cloud computing
- 6Expertise in application security frameworks OAuth and OpenID Connect experience managing and leading projects proficiency in automated unit and functional testing proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- 7Solid understanding of development processes full software development lifecycle agile methodologies excellent process orientation planning organizational and problem solving skills ability to design effective business solutions experience generating and documenting requirements user stories and documenting work code with workflow architecture diagrams and design documents knowledge of Bankcard industry procedures a plus
