Design and build Salesforce components that support ACC customer care journeys. Implement Lightning UI experiences and integrate Salesforce with Mule APIs. Develop reusable components and frameworks to streamline ACC logic. Optimize data retrieval and error handling. Support release cycles and collaborate with MuleSoft teams. What You'll Do11
- 1Design and build Apex Classes triggers Lightning Web Components Flows and Batch Jobs to enhance ACC customer care journeys
- 2Implement custom Lightning UI experiences for customer account details billing summaries and wireless features
- 3Integrate Salesforce with Mule APIs using System/Process/Experience APIs for real-time data synchronization
- 4Develop reusable components and frameworks for customer summary assembly entitlement calculations and validation rules
- 5Optimize Lightning pages and data retrieval patterns including SOQL/SOSL platform cache and Queueables
- 6Implement error handling and monitoring for failed API calls timeouts validation errors and data mismatches
- 7Support ACC release cycles through PI planning regression testing UAT and nightly deploys
- 8Create technical design documents illustrating data flows between Salesforce MuleSoft Billing/BSSe Order Management and ACC UI
- 9Collaborate with MuleSoft developers architects QA and product owners to align Salesforce logic with ACC architecture
- 10Provide production support for agent workflows troubleshoot data discrepancies API failures caching delays and record locking issues
- 11Apply knowledge in Microservices event-driven architecture and release management practices
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science Applied Science or Electrical Engineering with 3 years of Salesforce development experience
- 23 years of experience applying Salesforce development knowledge using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components LWC and SOQL/SOSL
- 3Proficiency in web technologies HTML CSS and JavaScript
- 4Experience integrating with MuleSoft using REST SOAP and MuleSoft orchestration
- 5Knowledge of microservices event-driven architecture and architectural standards
- 6Ability to manage caching strategies for C360 platforms
- 7Strong understanding of secure data flow practices
- 8Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer I
- 9Agile methodology experience
- 103 years of experience in related occupation applying Salesforce development knowledge
