What You'll Do13
- 1Serve as portfolio manager and lead administrator of GLIDE’s Salesforce ecosystem including platform workflows and integrations
- 2Drive system security monitoring scalability and continuous improvement
- 3Lead design configuration and implementation of workflow automation and optimizations
- 4Translate manual processes into scalable automated solutions
- 5Build and manage API integrations using REST services webhooks and middleware ensuring secure reliable connections
- 6Perform data mapping transformation and migration while developing scalable data models
- 7Manage data synchronization strategies and define system‑of‑record structures
- 8Write clean code and maintain documentation for all Salesforce applications and workflows
- 9Customize Salesforce apps and implement complex workflows
- 10Develop and maintain Apex test classes for system reliability
- 11Monitor performance proactively resolve issues and reduce technical debt
- 12Advise leadership with executive‑ready reports and provide technical guidance
- 13Support evening or weekend deployments for critical issues
Requirements11
- 14+ years of Salesforce experience with workflow automation and integrations
- 2Expert workflow analysis and Salesforce automation skills
- 3Strong project manager and technology builder abilities with excellent communication
- 4Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- 5Proficiency in Salesforce Flow and Apex development and API integration using REST
- 6Deep understanding of data modeling system architecture and data governance
- 7Experience with Lightning Web Components JavaScript middleware tools such as MuleSoft Workato Zapier and reporting platforms Power BI Tableau
- 8Salesforce certifications preferred
- 9Nonprofit or mission‑driven environment experience
- 10Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud NPC or Nonprofit Success Pack NPSP
- 11Experience with Lightning Web Components JavaScript middleware tools (MuleSoft Workato Zapier) and reporting tools (Power BI Tableau)
