Senior Salesforce Field Service Developer, FSL Technical Lead
Overview
Own the design and delivery of enterprise Field Service solutions on Salesforce. You lead a team of developers and collaborate with architects and integration teams to deploy FSL for a large user base. Drive technical strategy and monthly releases, and own the roadmap for service cloud and field service modules.

- 1Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to define FSL requirements and design scalable solutions.
- 2Own the technical architecture for Field Service implementations, including object model, assignment rules, and mobile configuration.
- 3Direct the development of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to extend FSL capabilities.
- 4Coordinate with integration teams to sync data between Salesforce and external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
- 5Set coding standards and review code to enforce best practices for Salesforce development.
- 6Ship quarterly releases with automated tests using SFDX and CI/CD pipelines.
- 7Resolve production issues and optimize FSL scheduling for field technician efficiency.
- 8Guide juniors through pair programming and design reviews to raise team performance.
Requirements7
- 15+ years developing on Salesforce platform with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- 23+ years implementing Salesforce Field Service (FSL) with Dispatchers, Mobiles, and Appointments.
- 3Strong command of REST and SOAP APIs for integrating third-party systems.
- 4Experience with SFDX, GIT, and CI/CD like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- 5Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II or Field Service Consultant.
- 6Solid knowledge of data modeling and async processing with Batch Apex and Queueables.
- 7Proven leadership in agile teams, driving sprint planning and code reviews.
