Requirements10
- 11+ years retail experience especially in specialty environments
- 2Passion for animals and pet care knowledge preferred
- 3Strong communication and customer service abilities
- 4Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- 5Problem-solving skills and professionalism
- 6Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- 7Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- 8Willingness to work near animals and handle animal dander exposure
- 9Flexibility for evening weekend and holiday schedules
