What You'll Do10
- 1Extract water using pumps wet vacuums and extraction equipment
- 2Set up and monitor air movers dehumidifiers and air scrubbers
- 3Take moisture readings and document drying progress
- 4Perform light demolition of wet carpet pad drywall baseboards and trim
- 5Build containment using plastic sheeting and zipper doors
- 6Establish negative-air containment and safely remove bag affected materials
- 7Apply antimicrobial products and encapsulants while operating HEPA-vacuum devices
- 8Clean and sanitize affected areas handle customer belongings with care
- 9Communicate professionally with customers and team members using mobile apps for photos and documentation
- 10Maintain clean organized safe jobsites following PPE chemical-safety and lifting procedures
Requirements7
- 1Restoration environmental work experience with hands-on mechanical background
- 2Ability to lift 75 lbs squat kneel crawl and climb ladders
- 3Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 4Strong work ethic positive team-oriented attitude
- 5Comfort using smartphones and mobile apps professional communication skills
- 6Texas-Mold Remediation Worker license existing IICRC certifications
- 75+ years experience with Spark Airflow
