Overview
Own end-to-end quality across the Order-to-Activation lifecycle in a fast-paced e-commerce telecom-style environment. Drive release quality and triage during critical issues while coordinating across onshore offshore teams and stakeholders. What You'll Do5
- 1Lead and drive E2E testing strategy across releases, owning quality sign-off
- 2Design, execute, and maintain E2E test scenarios covering Order Provisioning Activation and related flows
- 3Coordinate triage and communication during critical defects with onshore and offshore teams
- 4Automate key test cases to accelerate release readiness and regression cycles
- 5Collaborate with product, development, and operations to improve testability and quality metrics
Requirements5
- 15+ years building and executing E2E or integration test strategies in e-commerce or telecom environments
- 2Strong experience with test automation for web and API layers
- 3Proven track record of coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
- 4Experience with defect triage, incident management, and root cause analysis
- 5Ability to design comprehensive test plans and execute them within release windows
