Overview
We seek a senior professional to lead end-to-end quality across the Order-to-Activation lifecycle in a fast-paced e-commerce telecommunications environment. This role drives comprehensive quality assurance initiatives.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and drive the E2E testing strategy across releases and own overall quality sign-off
- 2Design, execute, and maintain E2E test scenarios covering Order Provisioning Activation Fulfillment Billing
- 3Validate downstream system behavior including order creation provisioning triggers
- 4Own and ship scalable automation frameworks that accelerate release cycles
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment
- 6Analyze root causes of critical defects and implement preventive measures
- 7Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of quality excellence
- 8Streamline manual processes through strategic tooling and scripting
- 9Drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies and metrics
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading independent QA initiatives
- 3AWS Certified solutions architect or equivalent cloud expertise
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5Python proficiency required
- 6React development experience necessary
- 7Kubernetes orchestration skills expected
- 8Deep understanding of e-commerce transaction workflows
- 9Strong analytical mindset with proven debugging abilities
- 10Experience with CI/CD integration best practices
