What You'll Do5
- 1Build and lead end to end ERP upgrade programs for PeopleSoft and OCI migrations with cross functional teams
- 2Drive PUM upgrade cycles and OCI project milestones to achieve measurable business value
- 3Partner with stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and risk mitigation plans
- 4Coordinate dependencies across vendor, IT, and business teams to maintain schedule and budget
- 5Own program governance, status reporting, and escalation management with executive sponsors
Requirements5
- 115+ years of IT and ERP project management experience
- 2Extensive expertise in PeopleSoft applications and PUM upgrades
- 3Experience with OCI migrations and cloud transition strategies
- 4Strong stakeholder management and cross functional leadership
- 5Ability to operate onsite in New York on a contract basis
