Project Manager, PeopleSoft ERP & OCI Migration
Overview
Own the full lifecycle of PeopleSoft migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for a 15+ year enterprise program. You will lead a 10+ person cross-functional team across ERP, PeopleSoft, and OCI domains. Coordinate with GreyCell Labs and client stakeholders to deliver on a 12-month roadmap. This role stands out for its depth: you will drive both technical and organizational change at 2 Broadway, New York, onsite daily.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build a PeopleSoft migration roadmap to OCI, sequencing workstreams for zero-downtime cutover.
- 2Lead daily standups with ERP, PeopleSoft, and OCI engineers to unblock delivery.
- 3Drive stakeholder alignment on scope, timeline, and risk across 12 months of execution.
- 4Design OCI landing zone and migration runbooks with the architecture team.
- 5Ship phased migration releases, tracking progress against 15 key milestones.
- 6Debug PeopleSoft performance issues during and after migration to OCI.
- 7Own vendor and internal reporting on migration health and compliance.
Requirements6
- 115+ years in project management within enterprise ERP environments.
- 210+ years delivering PeopleSoft projects end-to-end.
- 3Proven track record migrating PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- 4Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft Architecture, including PeopleTools and Application Engine.
- 5Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 6Ability to work onsite at 2 Broadway, New York, NY 10004 for a 12-month contract.
