What You'll Do8
- 1Manage intake prioritization and governance of Data & Analytics initiatives using Asana
- 2Own integrated project portfolio by driving execution across multiple workstreams
- 3Monitor dependencies resolve blockers enforce scope discipline and hold cross-functional teams accountable
- 4Lead project governance through RAID logs and coordinate cross-functional dependencies
- 5Develop executive reporting via weekly status meetings leadership reviews and RAG reporting
- 6Partner with technical leads and executives to translate analytics initiatives into execution plans
- 7Improve portfolio visibility and support strategic decision-making through structured reporting
- 8Translate complex Data & Analytics projects into actionable steps for diverse stakeholders
Requirements5
- 15+ years managing concurrent workstreams in program management or PMO roles
- 2Bachelor's degree in Business Project Management or related field
- 3Expert proficiency with Asana and portfolio management tools like Jira or Smartsheet
- 4Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Slack Teams SharePoint
- 5Strong expertise in portfolio management RAID logs and RAG reporting frameworks
