Senior Product Manager, Retirement Infrastructure
Overview
You own the vision and roadmap for Finch's retirement integrations, connecting payroll and HR systems with retirement platforms. This role drives revenue growth by expanding the integration network and improving automation depth. You will work directly with engineering and GTM to build reliable data mapping and workflows. The mission is to replace legacy, manual processes with a scalable infrastructure layer. You will lead design partnerships and own the product's success metrics. This role offers direct revenue accountability in a fast-growth Series B company.
What You'll Do10
- 1Own the retirement product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market demand.
- 2Grow the retirement integration network, expanding reach, depth, and reliability across major platforms.
- 3Transform fragmented integration patterns into automated workflows using API design and data mapping.
- 4Lead design partnerships with strategic partners, co-building solutions that integrate with their systems.
- 5Partner with GTM to qualify opportunities, support sales cycles, and translate market feedback into roadmap items.
- 6Operate as the GM of your product line, collaborating across engineering, sales, and customer success to drive adoption.
- 7Build and document operational processes, including cadences, decision logs, and success metrics.
- 8Bring engineering into ambiguous problems early and foster technical critique to ensure business outcomes.
- 9Use AI tools to synthesize research and stress-test decisions, enhancing strategic thinking.
- 10Drive revenue growth by identifying and prioritizing features that unblock enterprise deals.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of product management experience in technical, integration-heavy, or API-driven domains.
- 2Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder products end-to-end.
- 3Demonstrated experience partnering with GTM on revenue-adjacent roadmaps.
- 4Strong written communication skills, with a default to structured docs across the product lifecycle.
- 5Deep comfort with APIs, data mapping, and operational realities of integration infrastructure.
- 6Undergraduate degree in technology, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7Experience running design partnerships or co-build engagements with external partners.
- 8Familiarity with retirement or benefits infrastructure is a plus.
Salary Insight
$195 - $215k per year
