Overview
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of EvenUp’s leads and intake experience for personal injury law firms at scale. Build and ship AI-powered workflows that connect plaintiffs with top lawyers while improving qualification and conversion. Work with engineering, design, data science, product marketing, and operations to launch and iterate high-impact features in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. This role blends product leadership, AI, and user-centric design to redefine top-of-funnel experiences.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead the full product lifecycle for leads and intake from discovery through launch and iteration
- 2Conceptualize and ship AI-powered workflows for lead qualification and inbound/outbound marketing
- 3Partner with engineering and ML teams to build reliable LLM/LMM based assistants and automated scribes
- 4Define success metrics using qualitative and quantitative data to drive product improvements
- 5Collaborate with design, customer success, and GTM teams to ensure smooth launches and post-release feedback loops
Requirements5
- 14 to 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- 2Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products with agents and LLMs/LMMs
- 3Strong system-thinking skills and ability to translate complex problems into scalable solutions
- 4Proven ability to take a product from concept through launch in a cross-functional team
- 5Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a high-growth environment
