Oscar seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead design of tools for the Network Pillar. The role partners with product managers engineers and stakeholders to improve operational workflows and decision-making. This designer shapes tools that enable teams to maintain strong provider partnerships while delivering a consistent scalable and intuitive experience across the network management ecosystem.

- 1Own the end-to-end design process from blue sky thinking to quality specs balancing polish with speed to execution
- 2Develop deep understanding of users and business domain to inform product strategy

- 4Define team goals and strategy linking user and business needs
- 5Manage stakeholder relationships driving clarity around decision making

- 7Showcase strong visual and interaction design craft raising quality standards for experiences
- 8Weave Oscar brand across product experiences while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Requirements11
- 16+ years of experience in Product/UX Design
- 2Concrete examples of designing and shipping complex interfaces
- 33+ years managing stakeholders directly
- 4Bonus points for healthcare space experience
- 5Storytelling techniques such as animated prototypes or user flow diagrams
- 6Interest in design ethics accessibility and related topics
- 7Evidence of design contributions across high-performing web mobile or internal tool products
- 8Proven ability to elevate teams through coaching and collaboration
- 9Experience navigating technical constraints to deliver design solutions
- 10Strong user research and prototyping skills
- 11Ability to translate requirements goals and research into simple UI
