Senior Network Security Engineer - Fortinet
Overview
Own the network security backbone for a major financial services enterprise, real ownership, not a support seat, if you have strong experience of SDWAN and ADVPN then read on! You will day-to-day operate and support enterprise Fortinet infrastructure in a high-security financial services environment. Build methods of procedure for migrations upgrades and releases that hold up under audit. Test new features and releases before they touch production. Evaluate how third-party devices interoperate with Fortinet products. Train client staff so they are not dependent on you for everything. Be the person who catches issues early and escalates the ones that matter.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement SD-WAN solutions using FortiGate firewalls and AWS cloud integration
- 2Lead migration projects following MOPs ensuring audit compliance
- 3Conduct pre-production testing of network features and updates

Requirements8
- 17+ years in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting support or administration
- 25+ years with network security products including Fortinet
- 34+ years specific Fortinet experience
- 4Strong hands-on FortiGate firewall expertise
- 5Deep knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN design
- 6Hands-on ADVPN design and implementation experience
- 7Ability to work in regulated financial services environments
- 8US citizenship or green card holder status
