Senior Network Operations Analyst Gravie
Overview
Gravie seeks a Senior Network Operations Analyst to own the day-to-day engine of our provider networks. We are scaling rapidly and require a hands-on builder to document, tighten, and improve network processes. This role involves partnering with the Provider Network team to ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage the daily operations of Gravie's existing provider networks, tracking open issues and renewals
- 2Document and update network operations processes as workflows evolve
- 3Administer the provider network inquiry intake system applying triage rules and monitoring SLAs
- 4Build and maintain network scorecards providing a clear performance view
- 5Investigate reporting inconsistencies, determine root causes, and recommend process fixes
- 6Translate network data into actionable insights for leadership decisions
- 7Collaborate with Contracting Customer Service and Claims teams to improve data flow
- 8Identify manual tasks that can be automated through checklists or lightweight tools
- 9Act as an operational partner to Provider Network leadership, flagging risks and suggesting improvements
- 10Maintain ongoing performance metrics for provider networks
- 11Support the expansion of network operations into new markets
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in network operations healthcare or provider network management
- 2Proven experience building or improving operational processes in a healthcare setting
- 3Demonstrated ability to manage provider network performance and reporting for 2+ years
- 4Experience with provider claims or network data to develop reporting solutions
- 5Background in a small or fast-growing health plan where rapid development was required
- 6Familiarity with network adequacy requirements or CMS/state reporting standards
- 7Proficiency with SQL Excel or BI tools such as Tableau Looker or Power BI
- 8Experience at a startup or growth-focused health plan building systems from scratch
- 9Strong project or program management skills
