What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and maintain referral relationships with realtors and professionals

- 4Manage loan pipeline through closing and complete management reports
- 5Communicate status updates to branches and applicants
- 6Attend sales meetings and participate in required training
- 7Collect application fees according to policy
- 8Participate in One Bank referrals to other business lines
- 9Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Total Expert and lead generation systems
- 10Apply knowledge of residential mortgage processing and underwriting procedures
- 11Maintain high customer service standards throughout the loan process
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent mandatory requirement
- 2Four-year college degree preferred
- 33-5 years origination experience at Fifth Third or similar institution
- 4Top 2 5% in loan production or units in prior calendar year
- 5Proven track record of exceptional performance and score-card excellence
- 6Expertise with AWS Certified solutions
- 7Knowledge of CPC Card certification standards
- 8Strong understanding of AWS Cloud infrastructure
- 9Experience with Kubernetes deployment and management
- 10Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 11Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
