What You'll Do11
- 1Lead development of complex UHV and HV mechanical systems and assemblies
- 2Own subsystem architecture and requirements flow-down
- 3Drive redesign initiatives improving performance and manufacturability
- 4Perform tolerance analysis and define GD&T strategies
- 5Execute structural thermal vibration vacuum reliability analyses
- 6Lead design reviews and develop mitigation plans for technical risks
- 7Partner with Systems Electrical Manufacturing to ensure integration
- 8Build relationships with suppliers and oversee fabrication processes
- 9Lead root-cause investigations for field and integration issues
- 10Develop qualification strategies and validate subsystem performance
- 11Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices
Requirements11
- 1Doctorate (Academic) or 3 years Master's degree with 8 years experience
- 2Expertise in precision mechanical design for semiconductor capital equipment
- 3Extensive knowledge of UHV systems vacuum hardware contamination control
- 4Strong understanding of high-voltage integration electrical isolation feedthroughs
- 5Advanced GD&T tolerance analysis error budgeting structural mechanics experience
- 6Proven track record leading multidisciplinary technical projects
- 7Hands-on experience with Creo/ProE CAD tools
- 8Vibration measurement and analysis troubleshooting for precision systems
- 9Statistical data analysis and engineering data presentation skills
- 10Semiconductor equipment electron beam systems vacuum experience preferred
- 11Minimum 8 years Bachelor's degree equivalent experience required
