What You'll Do11
- 1Lead monthly S&OP process for machines and design safety stock and DIOH targets
- 2Drive initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs using data-driven metrics
- 3Deliver key performance metrics such as inventory DIOH targets and fill rates
- 4Support integration of SAP IBP and IFS ERP systems
- 5Develop high-performing teams focused on trust collaboration and accountability
- 6Implement continuous improvement activities for efficient operations
- 7Mentor and evaluate team members to foster professional growth
- 8Provide monthly high-level updates to senior management
- 9Coordinate short- and long-term objective execution aligning with corporate goals
- 10Manage departmental budgets and monitor expenditures against forecasts
- 11Interact with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues
Requirements11
- 15+ years managing supply chain teams and budgets
- 2Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3Proficiency with SAP IBP and IFS ERP systems
- 4Strong analytical skills for budgeting forecasting and financial analysis
- 5Experience leading cross-functional teams with proven performance management abilities
- 6Knowledge of DOT regulations and health safety practices
- 7Certification in SAP or advanced ERP experience preferred
- 8Expertise in database management software
- 9Proven track record of delivering strategic supply chain improvements
- 10Ability to interpret company policies and develop policy implementations
