Senior Manager, Cyber Enterprise Security Architecture & Transformation
Overview
Cybersecurity strategy and enterprise security transformation lead large client engagements shaping security operating models and roadmaps. You will guide executive stakeholders on cloud and application security, architecture, and program delivery within a client services environment. You will mentor teams across multiple workstreams while driving growth and marketplace eminence. This role is distinguished by complex, multi-disciplinary security transformations in regulated industries.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build client engagements focused on cyber strategy, enterprise security transformation, and security architecture across cloud and on premise environments
- 2Lead the development of target-state security operating models, roadmaps, and investment plans aligned to business objectives
- 3Drive executive-level workshops, present recommendations, and outline implementation strategies to client leadership
- 4Oversee engagement delivery, ensure quality, and coordinate work across functional and technical workstreams
- 5Support practice growth through account planning, proposals, and marketplace leadership
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree
- 28+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology strategy, or management consulting
- 38+ years of experience in design and architecture of enterprise-level technical stacks including VPNs, CDN solutions, Load Balancers, Subnetting, Next-Generation firewalls, and scalable security solutions like SASE
- 45+ years of experience with CNAAP, SASE, or enterprise firewall solutions
- 56+ years of experience leading security transformation, cloud security, application security, or cyber risk programs
- 64+ years of experience managing teams in a client service environment
- 73+ years of leadership over implementation of Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike or similar security solutions
- 84+ years experience managing teams in a technical capacity
- 9Experience developing at least one of the following for enterprise security programs: strategy, roadmap, operating model, business case, or target-state architecture
- 10Ability to travel 50% on average
