What You'll Do10
- 1Lead enterprise cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives
- 2Develop roadmaps, operating plans, and risk reduction priorities for cybersecurity
- 3Maintain and evaluate cybersecurity risk portfolios across diverse environments
- 4Serve as liaison with regulatory organizations and internal stakeholders
- 5Lead or participate in security governance committees and executive discussions
- 6Perform assessments using established industry frameworks and translate results for leadership
- 7Evaluate AI/ML cybersecurity risks including data exposure and model misuse
- 8Assess OT/ICS/SCADA environments for cybersecurity risk and recommend controls
- 9Translate complex findings into clear risk recommendations for technical and executive audiences
- 10Monitor evolving regulations, frameworks, and threats to inform strategy
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Cybersecurity Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 28+ years of combined cybersecurity information security IT or related experience
- 3Advanced experience with cybersecurity risk management governance and compliance
- 4Experience conducting risk assessments and evaluating security controls
- 5Knowledge of enterprise IT security across applications systems networks and infrastructure
- 6Experience with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as NIST and ISO
- 7Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within complex regulated organizations
- 8Current cybersecurity certification such as Security+ GIAC SANS Cisco Security Microsoft Security or equivalent
- 9Strong executive communication analytical and decision-making capabilities
- 10Ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives across multiple teams
