Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial design product design or related field
- 28+ years experience in color design preferably footwear
- 3Expertise in color theory regional and global trends
- 4Advanced understanding of footwear materials construction and processes
- 5Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop PowerPoint Miro or Lucid
- 6Experience leading generative AI platforms such as Midjourney Vizcom
- 7Strong leadership and communication skills building and mentoring creative teams
- 8Portfolio showcasing macro trend insights color design direction and application of footwear color
- 9Demonstrated ability to promote healthy dialogue value diverse opinions display humility
- 10Ability to collaborate and build relationships across organization
