Overview
The selected Senior Logistician will lead logistics planning and coordinate with Navy field activities and cross-functional teams. You will develop technical briefings and manage inventory data while supporting sustainment plans and logistics assessments. This role differs by focusing on decision-making optimization within defense contracts.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead logistics planning and coordination with Navy field activities and cross-functional teams
- 2Develop and deliver technical briefings and fleet communications
- 3Resolve supply support issues and oversee provisioning documentation and inventory updates
- 4Lead development of lifecycle logistics products and sustainment plans
- 5Conduct ILS impact analysis for Engineering Change Proposals
- 6Manage missile inventory data and support ordnance assessment requirements
- 7Assist with government-owned asset management and O&MN data inputs
- 8Provide briefings to senior leaders on program plans and status
- 9Utilize SIPR systems and collaborate with subcontractors across technical disciplines
- 10Create concise customer presentations and manage travel requirements
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business discipline
- 230 years’ total experience with logistics and/or lifecycle support of US Navy platforms
- 3DAWIA certifications in Acquisition or Logistics
- 4Prior SIPR account experience and familiarity with international programs
- 5Experience with fielding and logistics support for Navy terminal defense systems
- 6Knowledge of FMS and ability to work with international customers
- 7Ability to handle extensive travel requirements

$90 - $110k per year
