- 8Advise leaders on workforce architecture designing scalable team models and career paths.
- 9Partner across HR on talent acquisition benefits payroll compensation and HRIS implementation.
- 10Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives providing feedback to enhance execution and mentor HR peers.
- 11Track workforce trends regulatory changes and industry innovations to inform strategic HR practices.
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 5 years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow.
- 2Valid Drivers License.
- 3Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- 4Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- 5Knowledge of HR policies employment law and HRIS systems.
- 6Flexibility to travel.
