Overview
Lead the creative vision for Frette, a 164-year-old luxury linen house, crafting high-impact visual communications across global marketing channels. You'll shape campaigns for print, digital, social, and retail, ensuring brand consistency from St. Peter's Basilica to private yachts. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce teams to elevate the brand's heritage. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on design, plus mentoring junior talent. You'll own the visual direction, refine brand guidelines, and drive innovation in a heritage-rich environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated creative campaigns across print, digital, social, CRM, retail, and experiential channels.
- 2Act as brand guardian, ensuring global consistency across B2B and B2C communications, including product launches, PR materials, and website content.
- 3Evolve and refine brand visual guidelines in partnership with the Global Director, modernizing while honoring Frette's heritage.
- 4Provide creative direction on photo retouching, compositing, video editing, and motion graphics.
- 5Design high-quality collateral: brochures, lookbooks, email campaigns, and social assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- 6Partner with web and CRM teams to develop branded email campaigns and cohesive website visuals.
- 7Translate marketing objectives into compelling creative solutions that drive product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- 8Present creative concepts clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to meet business goals.
- 9Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- 10Mentor junior designers and freelancers, maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements10
- 15+ years of graphic design experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- 2Strong portfolio showing integrated campaigns across print, digital, and motion
- 3Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- 4Advanced photo retouching, cropping, and compositing skills
- 5Working knowledge of CSS, CMS, HTML, and website backend systems
- 6Experience with ESP platforms and email marketing best practices
- 7Experience with interactive platforms like Ceros is a plus
- 8Deep understanding of typography, composition, color, and luxury aesthetics
- 9Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment
- 10Strong presentation and communication skills
