What You'll Do11
- 1Design and evolve enterprise cost allocation methodologies and governance frameworks
- 2Partner with Finance and business leaders to improve expense attribution transparency
- 3Develop governance structures and controls for financial management activities
- 4Consult on allocation methodologies funding models and chargeback approaches
- 5Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance Accounting Financial Operations Tax Technology Risk and business stakeholders
- 6Assess financial operational and strategic implications of methodology changes
- 7Drive executive-level discussions on priorities risks and implementation strategies
- 8Create materials for senior leadership governance committees and executive forums
- 9Identify opportunities to streamline processes strengthen governance and enhance effectiveness
- 10Influence enterprise decisions and align diverse stakeholder groups
- 11Develop and maintain strong relationships through expertise and partnership
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2Eight or more years related experience
- 3Significant experience in Finance Corporate Finance FP&A Accounting Financial Operations Cost Allocation Profitability Analysis
- 4Strong understanding of financial governance expense management allocation methodologies cost recovery models
- 5Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives with broad organizational impact
- 6Ability to influence senior executives on complex financial matters
- 7Experience developing governance frameworks decision-making processes enterprise operating models
- 8Strong analytical strategic thinking communication and relationship management skills
- 9Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable recommendations
- 10Financial services experience preferred
