- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading user intelligence initiatives
- 3Proficiency in AWS and Kubernetes
- 4Expertise in Python and React frameworks
- 5Strategic thought partner with executive communication skills
- 6Ability to mentor and coach direct reports
- 7Track record of hiring and developing top talent
- 8Experience with behavioral analytics and quantitative analysis
- 9Knowledge of human factors and psychology
