Requirements10
- 1Ph.D. in Chemistry Biochemistry or related field with 10 years pharmaceutical experience
- 2BS/MS with 18+ years applicable experience
- 3Deep knowledge of bioproduct development from selection to submission
- 4Strong track record in downstream bioprocessing or viral safety innovation
- 5Proven experience with end-to-end CMC workflows and regulatory filing
- 6Expertise in AI tool integration for CMC efficiency
- 7Demonstrated leadership of high-performance scientific teams
- 8Experience with GMP implementation and facility fit
- 9Ability to collaborate with manufacturing partners
- 10Understanding of diverse biologics types including monoclonal antibodies and AAV
