What You'll Do11
- 1Lead a multi-year IT infrastructure transformation program including data center modernization and migration
- 2Envision and design a north star infrastructure aligned with 7-Eleven’s long term strategy through 2030
- 3Drive modernization decisions using ROI based investment discipline
- 4Ensure steady-state reliability and resilience across all infrastructure services
- 5Oversee incident response change management and service continuity
- 6Manage a large enterprise scale infrastructure budget and maximize value from vendor partnerships
- 7Lead and scale a complex multi disciplinary infrastructure organization
- 8Develop and mentor senior leaders to foster accountability and high performance
- 9Partner with Store Operations Digital Finance Procurement Legal and HR to align infrastructure with business outcomes
- 10Articulate business vision and benefits of technology choices
- 11Travel 15–25% to regional and global offices
Requirements9
- 15+ years building IT infrastructure with Spark and Airflow
- 210+ years progressive leadership in IT infrastructure transformation and vendor management
- 3Bachelor’s degree required
- 4Data center architecture migration expertise
- 5Network and telecom experience in large retail environments
- 6Cloud platforms Azure and AWS proficiency preferred
- 7Strong financial acumen managing large capital and operating budgets
- 8Industry experience in retail or high volume transaction settings
- 9Ability to travel 15–25% annually
