What You'll Do11
- 1Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
- 2Create demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons
- 3Coordinate cross-functional research to reconcile significant variances
- 4Interact with sales marketing and customer finance to understand demand drivers
- 5Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy
- 6Challenge assumptions using a critical mindset to get best plans
- 7Address demand-related issues promptly and effectively
- 8Design inventory strategies for existing items new products and phase-outs
- 9Serve as point person for demand planning at Honeywell
- 10Collaborate with stakeholders to align planning processes
- 11Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 5+ years experience in Demand Operations Production Planning or Sales Inventory Operations
- 2Proficiency with Demand Planning tools such as RapidResponse SAP APO module
- 3Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- 4Experience with SAP ERP systems APICS CPIM CPSM or CPF certification preferred
- 5U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
