What You'll Do12
- 1Design and iterate production-grade machine learning models for identity and entity resolution
- 2Analyze massive datasets to extract actionable insights and engineer robust features
- 3Own end-to-end data science workflows from problem framing to continuous improvement
- 4Translate technical findings into clear narratives for product and executive audiences
- 5Define success metrics and build experimentation frameworks to measure business impact
- 6Partner with product management to scoping data-driven solutions and de-risk investments
- 7Contribute maintainable code and documentation to ensure reproducibility and observability
- 8Mentor and support fellow data scientists through reviews and collaborative sessions
- 9Collaborate with engineering to enhance data science capabilities across products
- 10Drive improvements in matching algorithms and graph-based systems
- 11Ship customer-facing features for targeting, measurement, and analytics
- 12Foster a culture of experimentation and scientific rigor within the team
Requirements11
- 1MS or PhD in Computer Science Machine Learning Statistics Applied Mathematics or related field
- 23+ years experience designing and deploying production ML solutions
- 3Proficiency in Python SQL and libraries like pandas NumPy scikit-learn
- 4Experience with large datasets in cloud environments using BigQuery or similar warehouses
- 5Ability to frame ambiguous business questions as testable data science problems
- 6Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on measurement and iteration
- 7Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- 8Experience with embeddings representation learning or large-scale similarity systems
- 9Familiarity with vector databases approximate nearest neighbor search or similar technologies
- 10Knowledge of ML evaluation frameworks and monitoring for production systems
- 11Exposure to privacy-preserving data practices and identity resolution domains
