What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement enterprise data pipelines using Azure Synapse and Databricks to support analytics workloads.
- 2Integrate operational systems with cloud data platforms using Python and SQL to ensure seamless data flow.
- 3Develop and maintain data models and data products for Power Delivery analytics teams.
- 4Build and deploy low-code and pro-code applications to enable business processes.
- 5Optimize data storage and query performance using Azure Data Lake and Delta Lake.
- 6Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- 7Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure high availability and reliability.
- 8Automate data quality checks and validation processes using Azure DevOps and Git.
- 9Document data architecture and pipeline designs for team knowledge sharing.
Requirements9
- 15+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud platforms.
- 23+ years working with Azure services including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Databricks.
- 33+ years writing production-grade Python and SQL code.
- 42+ years experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
- 52+ years developing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- 61+ years experience with Delta Lake and Parquet file formats.
- 7Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- 8Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and relational databases.
- 9Experience working in an Agile environment.
