Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, DoD RMF & A&A
Overview
You will lead cybersecurity for the AFLCMC program at a Boeing facility in Seattle, WA, supporting system authorization and security engineering. You will own the RMF A&A process, manage security controls, and drive risk-based strategies. You will collaborate with Government and commercial stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect critical systems. This role demands deep DoD security expertise and a Top Secret clearance.
What You'll Do10
- 1Develop System Security Management Plans, Program Protection Plans, and Security Risk Analyses for the program office.
- 2Drive the RMF Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) effort, assessing and guiding the quality and completeness of artifacts per DoDI 8510.01.
- 3Manage system user account requests, port/protocol and access control list requirements, and PKI identification and authorization processes.
- 4Track and remediate system security updates and configurations, ensuring compliance with DoD policies.
- 5Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed systems, identifying vulnerabilities and protection needs.
- 6Recommend and implement security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures.
- 7Participate in network and systems design to enforce appropriate security policies.
- 8Facilitate the gathering, analysis, and preservation of evidence for computer-related prosecutions.
- 9Collaborate with stakeholders to secure system approvals from all Authorizing Officials through the RMF A&A process.
- 10Maintain databases for classified information, visits, and clearances, and conduct audits to ensure accountability.
Requirements6
- 1U.S. Citizenship required.
- 216+ years directly related experience with 8 years in the DoD, or a bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program with 12 years experience, 5 years in the DoD.
- 3Adjudicated DoD Top Secret clearance on first day.
- 4Understanding of cybersecurity in DoD cloud infrastructure.
- 5Understanding of Agile methods, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps.
- 6Ability to communicate effectively on highly technical topics.
