- 3Support ex‑US legal counsel for EU UK APAC regions manage global business conduct investigations
- 4Create and deliver employment law training for management and general staff
- 5Manage litigation related to employment law and partner on disputes support acquisitions divestitures
- 6Advise on pay equity compensation variable pay reductions‑in‑force
- 7Address workers compensation HIPAA privacy state regulations
- 8Legal support for Department of Labor reviews
- 9Demonstrate DEI commitment through inclusive leadership
- 10Travel minimal two multi‑day summits annually
- 11Maintain 40‑hour week Monday‑Friday
Requirements11
- 1Juris Doctor from accredited law school bar admission 10‑12+ years law firm corporate experience
- 2Global L&E experience APAC EU UK collaborative style
- 3Minimum 5+ years employment law experience
- 4Prior in‑house experience preferred
- 5Proven litigation background broader investigations preferred
- 6Health privacy law expertise HIPAA GDPR
- 7Ability to work in diverse multicultural teams
- 8Strong communication presentation writing skills
- 9Pragmatic problem‑solving mindset
- 10Experience with temporary contract employees negotiations
