Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s degree in retail merchandising fashion or related field
- 3Proven track record in footwear or apparel buying with Nike experience
- 4Strong understanding of retail KPIs including sell-through turn ASP demand
- 5Experience with Nike Direct digital platforms and omnichannel strategies
- 6Ability to analyze consumer behavior through quantitative and qualitative data
- 7Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- 8Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environment
