Senior Application Support Analyst, Aladdin Front Office
Overview
You will own production support for BlackRock Aladdin front-office workflows, handling trade execution and post-trade issues across 8-10 years of experience in investment management. You will partner with portfolio managers, traders, and operations to resolve incidents, reduce downtime, and improve system reliability. This hybrid role in New York or Boston offers direct exposure to capital markets operations and requires deep Aladdin expertise.

- 1Diagnose and resolve Aladdin front-office incidents involving portfolio management, order management, and trade execution.
- 2Monitor trade booking and post-trade workflows to identify and fix data discrepancies in real time.
- 3Collaborate with internal teams and BlackRock support to escalate and track critical issues.
- 4Document root-cause analyses and maintain runbooks for recurring issues.
- 5Drive improvements in monitoring, alerting, and incident response for Aladdin production systems.
- 6Own the end-to-end support lifecycle for trade lifecycle events, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
Requirements6
- 18-10 years supporting investment management or capital markets applications.
- 2Hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin, including portfolio management, order management, and trade execution.
- 3Deep understanding of the end-to-end investment/trade lifecycle, from order entry to post-trade settlement.
- 4Experience in a hybrid support role, coordinating with front office, operations, and vendors.
- 5Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in a Unix/Linux environment.
- 6Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
